Transformed from the renowned Seneca Hotel in Chicago’s Gold Coast (right by Michigan Avenue), this boutique apartment community was packed with style. We carried the boutique feel through all marketing materials, down to the “pardon the construction” sign. The brochure presented exactly what the residences had to offer—city living at its finest.
