When the developers of Stonewater meet with prospective builders, they explain the benefits of the community using these brochures. Our company created all of them, and we even created the artwork for the site map and area map. The fact that the community has its own nursery is a big deal, as all of the future homes will have 5″ diameter trees from the nursery planted in their parkways. But these aren’t just any trees. No way, not at Stonewater. Instead, many of these trees were originated from trees that are famous in American History, giving them the Heritage Trees Designation.
